We loved the interior of the lobby and the room. We had a beautiful view of downtown. Everything was better than we expected!

Quick response when I needed something towels, toothbrush.

Overall, I was not impressed. I was first given a smoker's room and the smell was awful sickening to my stomach. As soon as I walked into the room, the smell was overwhelming and I immediately called front desk and reported that I could not stay in this room and I was told that they had nothing else but a room with a king size bed. I needed a room with a double bed. They sent up security to check out the room, however, I couldn't wait so we went back down stairs. After a very long drive, I was not expecting nor wanting that experience. Additionally, I didn't need to have someone to come and inspect the room while I wait in the room. I loved the hotel! It met all of our needs and was better than what I was expecting to get. I would visit this hotel again in the future. It was by far one of the nicer hotels I have ever stayed in.
